Black Viper’s Windows 10 Service Configurations are now updated to include the Windows 10 April 2018 Update (version 1803/17134.1) released April 2018. This update brings about ~260 services total for Windows 10. Services with “?????” in the name have random characters generated per device.

  • Services that changed from Fall Creators Update to April 2018 Update include:
    • AVCTP service is new.
    • AssignedAccessManager Service is new. Not available for Windows 10 Home.
    • Bluetooth Audio Gateway Service is new.
    • Bluetooth Handsfree Service is removed. (BthHFSrv)
    • Bluetooth User Support Service_????? is new.
    • CaptureService_????? is new. Not available for Windows 10 Home.
    • Certificate Propagation changed from Manual to Manual (Trigger Start).
    • DevicePicker_????? is new.
    • Diagnostic Execution Service changed from Manual to Manual (Trigger Start).
    • GameDVR and Broadcast User Service_????? is new.
    • HomeGroup Listener is removed.
    • HomeGroup Provider is removed.
    • Microsoft Passport changed from Manual to Manual (Trigger Start).
    • Microsoft Passport Container changed from Manual to Manual (Trigger Start).
    • Microsoft Store Install Service is new (renamed from Windows Store Install Service).
    • Natural Authentication changed from Manual to Manual (Trigger Start).
    • Parental Controls is new.
    • System Guard Runtime Monitor Broker is new.
    • Tile Data model server is removed. (tiledatamodelsvc)
    • Windows Insider Service changed from Manual to Manual (Trigger Start).
    • Windows Push Notifications User Service_????? changed from Manual to Automatic (Running) and cannot be disabled to have the ability to be disabled.
    • Windows PushToInstall Service is new.
    • Windows Store Install Service renamed to Microsoft Store Install Service.
    • Windows Update Medic Service is new.
    • Xbox Game Monitoring changed from cannot be disabled to have the ability to be disabled.
    • XboxNetApiSvc renamed to Xbox Live Networking Service.
