Do I need QoS? (RSVP Service)

QoS sets priorities on a network. QoS requires every adapter on the network to use its features, an application to request bandwidth from an ACS server, and an ACS server. If your NIC does not support 802.1p, or your network is not running a ACS server, do not even bother with it.
