Multimedia Class Scheduler

Default Description:

Enables relative prioritization of work based on system-wide task priorities. This is intended mainly for multimedia applications. If this service is stopped, individual tasks resort to their default priority.

Additional Information:

This service is required only for the fact that Windows Audio service lists this as a dependency. Without the Windows Audio service, no audio will be played on the system.
