Enables Tablet PC pen and ink functionality
Why this service is placed in Automatic and Started on all flavors of Vista, I have no idea. More then likely, it is because Vista does not have a specific version targeted for Tablet PC's (like XP did). It is disabled on my systems (because I do not own a Tablet PC of any kind). Some state that this service is required for the "Snipping Tool" to function properly, but I have not been able to duplicate this issue as my Snipping Tool works just fine with this service on disabled.
