Default Description:

Provides FTP connectivity and administration through the Internet Information Services snap-in.

Additional Information:

Not installed by default, but if needed, you may install it later off the Windows XP CD under Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > Add/Remove Windows Components > Select Internet Information Services (IIS) > Details button > Check "File Transfer Protocol (FTP) Services".
