Diagnostic System Host

Default Description:

The Diagnostic System Host is used by the Diagnostic Policy Service to host diagnostics that need to run in a Local System context. If this service is stopped, any diagnostics that depend on it will no longer function.

Additional Information:

This service is started upon system boot, but shortly after, it stops if not used. This services state, in normal and safe mode, cannot be modified by a registry patch.
