PNRP Machine Name Publication Service

Default Description:

This service publishes a machine name using the Peer Name Resolution Protocol. Configuration is managed via the netsh context 'p2p pnrp peer'.

If you do not plan on using Remote Assistance or HomeGroup for networking, the following group of services can safely be disabled:
