Windows 7 Service Configurations and all individual service links have been updated with current default descriptions and dependencies.

Updated the SL UI Notification Service (removed error) and Software Licensing service (added information) for Windows Vista (and SP1) based off of two reports in this thread: Windows Vista Services – Software Licensing.

Windows 7 Service Configurations have been updated to include Default and Safe as well as "Tweaked".
Many service descriptions (about half) have been updated for Windows Vista and Windows 7. Windows 7 Service Configurations has also been updated.
Dependency links have been updated in the Windows 7 Services Information pages.
