Additional Information

This service is not installed by default and should not be installed on a “home” system. You can add or remove this service by heading to:

  1. Head to Start
  2. Select Control Panel
  3. Select Programs
  4. Select Programs and Features
  5. Select Turn Windows Features on or off

Two different executables are offered for this service, depending upon which version (32 or 64-bit) you are using. If you installed the Net.Tcp Listener Adapter service, this service is set from Disabled to Manual and started.
