General Information

This service is new for Windows 8 and could be thought of as a security hole at this point. Disabled this service if you do not login to your system using a Live ID.

Default Description

Enables user sign-in through Windows Live Identity services. If this service is stopped, users will not be able to logon to the computer with their Windows Live ID account.
