This service is not installed by default and should be installed on a “home” system if the functionality provided is what is desired (stream music and videos on different devices around the home. You can add or remove this service by heading to:
- Head to Start
- Select Control Panel
- Select Programs
- Select Programs and Features
- Select Turn Windows Features on or off
