General Information
You may not desire new Bluetooth devices to be discovered and connected. This could be an issue if in an internet cafe or other location where many portable devices are around and you are using a laptop or net book. This service is safe to disable if you have no desire or use for external Bluetooth equipment such as mice, keyboards and phone or PDA devices.

The Bluetooth service supports discovery and association of remote Bluetooth devices. Stopping or disabling this service may cause already installed Bluetooth devices to fail to operate properly and prevent new devices from being discovered or associated.
